1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using beavaro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. About this website

Beavaro provides information about conversion optimization, ecommerce growth, retention, design, auditing, and related professional services. Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

3. Inquiries and service engagements

Sending a form, requesting a CRO inspection, booking a call, or exchanging messages with us does not by itself create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. A service engagement begins only when the applicable parties accept a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

4. No guaranteed results

Marketing, conversion, advertising, retention, and ecommerce outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Case studies, testimonials, forecasts, examples, and past results illustrate particular circumstances and do not guarantee the same or any result for another business.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • violate applicable law or another person's rights;
  • submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the website, systems, or accounts;
  • interfere with security, availability, or normal website operation;
  • introduce malware, automated abuse, excessive requests, or spam;
  • scrape or reproduce substantial website content without permission; or
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, business, or submitted information.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, design, branding, graphics, code, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Beavaro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate personal or internal business evaluation. No other license is granted.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer ownership or imply an endorsement beyond the context stated on the website.

7. Information you submit

You retain ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to process it as reasonably necessary to respond, review your request, operate our services, and comply with law, subject to our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit the information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

8. Third-party services and links

External scheduling, form-processing, email-delivery, hosting, professional-networking, social-media, or other services may be used for convenience or website operation. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

9. Website availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but we do not promise that every item will always be complete, current, available, or free of errors.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Beavaro disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beavaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, resulting from use of or inability to use this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing terms and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Beavaro's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you enter a separate written agreement with Beavaro, its governing-law and dispute provisions control for those services. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

Before starting a formal dispute about this website, please contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the concern.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or applicable requirements. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.
